HYPERTROPHY ENDURANCE PHASE
This next phase will firm, shape, and define your arms, legs, and stomach even more. We call this next phase our “HYPERTROPHY-ENDURANCE” or “DEFINING” phase.

The boot camp phase which you have just finished has increased your stamina, cardiovascular efficiency, core strength, stabilization, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Now, building on the fat-burning foundation of endurance, we are going to add some “toning” and “definition” (scientifically referred to as muscle hypertrophy) into the equation.

Starting this week we will be launching into this all new series of workouts to firm and shape your arms, legs, and stomach EVEN FASTER!
In the coming weeks, you are going to get 3 TIMES the results in only 50 minutes! We will do this by employing the tri-set method (Three exercises done in rapid succession to really focus on one area of the body at a time)
I’ll spare you the scientific explanation as to why this is so effective BUT, trust me…after designing personal training programs for over 13 years now, this is by far one of the best I have ever made!
