You have made it this far in your life! You must be doing something right! Now even if you only did one thing right, that can easily turn into two things, then three and before you know it you are consistently doing everything right! The light bulb wasn’t invented on the first try! Fitness and fat-loss might as well be like trying to invent the light bulb! I remember when I was trying to lose weight! It was defiantly not in my nature to be thin! You are going to have some failures along the way and that’s alright! Just build on your success and learn from your mistakes!

Keep a to-do list to with all your accomplished tasks
Break up your goals into bite size tasks. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! Every time you take another bite out of your goal by accomplishing your task, cross it off your list and save it! That way when you are feeling beat down and unmotivated, you can look back at all that you have already accomplished! That is a sure fire way to instantly boost you confidence and motivation!
