Cherry and Turkey Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Salad

  • 12 oz. Smoked Turkey Slices
  • 2 cups fresh sweet cherries, pitted
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded

Salad Dressing

  •  2 tbs. vegetable oil
  •  1 clove crushed garlic
  •  2 tbs. balsamic vinaigrette
  •  1 tbs. honey
  •  1 tbs. hot dry mustard
  •  ½ tsp. ground ginger
  •  ½ tsp. salt

Preparation:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 clove crushed garlic until hot but not smoking; cool and remove garlic.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon each honey and hot dry mustard and ½ tsp. each of ground ginger and salt
  3. Mix well.
  4. Arrange turkey, cherries, mango, and kiwi fruit on shredded Napa cabbage. Drizzle Spicy Dressing over salad.
