Sweet Mashed Turnips and Carrots!
2 cups turnip
2 cups carrot
2 tsp. margarine
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
- Boil turnips and carrots for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
- Drain and mash with margarine, salt and pepper.
